bad news. today's oral examination. boohoo. guess who was my examiner? Mr. Steven Teo. how great man. he was so boring and monotonous throughout the whole damn thing. he didnt even smile once, hardly looked at me in the eye with agreement, and gave me hints? what the hell. the topic was bout flooding, rescue workers what not. and he even asked: karen, are you feeling nervous? you need to learn to say things better. -.0 sighs. really pity wenjing. her examiner was mrs shobana cheong. the one who said my skirt was too short and that my socks were sulking in my shoes. the one i wanted to tell her straight in the face that even if my socks are frowning, i can make it smile. that lady needs a life. zach's examiner wasn't any better. she asked him why his school badge was covering his name tag and why his hair was like that. i mean like so what? he looks great the way he is. and that lady is not supposed to examine his appearance but his oral skills and pictorial analysis instead!

good news. my chinese oral went better than what i expected it to be. the tcher was pretty cool with me though i didnt know who she was. she was like: karen you can read pretty well, except for you didnt read that fluently. but even so, you did okay. woots! triple laughs. and the conversation went pretty fun. she smiled the whole time and just sat there and listened to me blabber away. never interrupted once. i asked around and they seemed to have a pretty shit time with their examiners. O.O the 2nd piece of good news is that i've saved up more than enough money for my holiday extra expenditure. and madeline said that most likely she'll go with me to check out the reverse bungy at clarke quay! double laughs.
it doesnt matter how long you've known him. what matters is that he had you smiling from day one.
today during science rem, ms D said that she met up with my cousin yesterday and that they discussed bout the chocs she wanted. O.O and madeline such a sleeping beauty. she totally forgot about science remedial this morning and came rushing down from her highest room of the tallest tower in her night dress. its sad how sometimes princes forget about their lovely maiden in waiting and instead goes to have a mock-tail at the nearby bar. i guess madeline's true love didn't come rushing, galloping away on his mighty steed, running a hundred flights of stairs to his lovely lady and gave her a wake up kiss.
